Prices
Prices include 25% Swedish VAT. The card payments are made in Sweden and ImseVimse AB is a Swedish registered company.
If you order to a country outside European Union Swedish VAT is withdrawn in the shopping cart. The prices changes when fill in your delivery details.
Delivery
The goods are normally delivered 1-5 days after being ordered. We aim to dispatch your order on the same day that we receive payment from you or on the following day.
Terms of delivery
The cost of shipping is calculated according to the weight of the goods and then added to your order total. The shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Delivery method
If your order fits into an envelope it will be sent by Post. Packages will be sent to you by Post or by Schenker Logistics depending on where you live.
Payment
You pay your order in advance by VISA or MasterCard. We do not have access to your card details or save your card details. We use a secure payment system provided by Dibs Payment Services.
Exchange and refundt
We offer a full exchange and refund policy on any unused items returned within 14 days. If you wish to exchange a product, please send it unopened and with the receipt to ImseVimse AB, Regementsgatan 22, 621 50 Visby, Sweden. If you change your mind and want a refund, please return the items with the receipt and include your account number and clearing number. In both cases, you pay the cost of returning the items to us.
Complaints
Please return the item with its receipt, a statement as to why the item has been returned and a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

Place items in shopping cart
Select the size and colour of the item you wish to buy. Click at "Place in ShoppingCart". Find any other items you wish to buy and click repeat

Payment
When you have placed the items you wish to purchase in your cart, click on the cart in the top menu. You will then be asked to register as a new user. Once you have registered, you can continue to the checkout where you specify your payment information.
